At Kingz Kimonos, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unwashed and unworn gear in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your kimonos or apparel in their original bags with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
